ㅤ✦ㅤ You must be 18 or older in order to commission me.ㅤ✦ㅤ You are purchasing digital art , no physical goods are shipped!ㅤ✦ㅤ I still maintain the rights to my works .
This includes publishing it on social media, streaming/recording the process,
adding it to portfolio, unless accorded otherwise.
ㅤ✦ㅤ Usage of my artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) learning or nft (non-fungible token) by the commissioner or anyone else is strictly prohibited.
Legal action will be taken if necessary.ㅤㅤProcess:ㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ Overall, the experience can be boiled down to a step-by-step process:
✧ A request that elaborates on the type of commission, its details and information needed for reference is sent by the interested party through Twitter DMs or Email. Although I prefer the latter.
✧ I accept the request, therefore you become a client, we develop and choose a draft of the product(s) and I calculate the final price.
✧ From that point on, I work until completion. I usually send 2-4 stages of my process (Sketches - Lineart - Flat colors - Finished product), yet the client can ask for more updates and WIPs (Work-in-Progress screenshots) in the meantime! For other services, like character design, i do send back and forth any bit of progress and suggestions done by the client.
✧ Final product will be delivered via Google Drive.
ㅤ✦ㅤ After discussing and settling the illustration in the sketching phase, changes can still be done . However, larger revisions will cost extra.
ㅤㅤPayment:ㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ Payment must be made before I deliver the final product. The transaction must be send to the artist's PayPal in USD or MercadoPago in ARS accounts. Payment plans can be disscused for ARS prices.
ㅤ✦ㅤ dollar to peso convertion is calculated by market price. This means ARS prices are bound to get higher or lower.ㅤㅤㅤRefunds:ㅤㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ Full refund will only be given if either the client cancels before draft is approved or I find myself unable to finish the commission. Otherwise, I will refund 20-50% of payment depending on how advanced the piece is.ㅤㅤAdditional Value:ㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ Commercial use must be agreed beforehand and a one-time fee of +100% total price.will be charged

ㅤ✦ㅤ Top-priority “speed” commissions will also be charged a +100% total price.ㅤ✦ㅤ Commissions under the NSFW (Not-safe-for-work, an umbrella term for explicit/mature/R18+ content) I offer to work with will be charged +5-10% of total price.ㅤ✦ㅤ Items and animal companions for aiding disabled people do not abide by any additional value policy!ㅤㅤArtist's Advice:ㅤㅤㅤ✦ㅤ Be as explicit as possible with what you want as for the illustration. Wherever it is reference pictures, detailed in-text descriptions, annotations on the images I provide or even stick-man drawings! You will most likely be satisfied with the results if you are crystal clear with your orders, doubts and feedback.
